PG&E 2024 R&D Strategy Report and Innovation Summit

Realize 2050 has worked with PG&E to articulate its 2024 R&D strategy and support its November 13 Innovation Summit in San Jose, CA, presented by DistribuTECH.

The theme of this year’s R&D efforts is the development of an AI-enabled utility to stabilize customer bills and address nearly 70 PG&E challenges. We encourage utility leaders, corporates, entrepreneurs, and other innovators to read this year’s R&D strategy report and join us at PG&E’s November 13 Summit.

Building on PG&E’s 2023 R&D strategy report, this year’s report will once again highlight the problem statements that, if solved, could help create an energy system that is resilient, reliable, affordable, and clean. The 2024 report, which will highlight the potential for AI and ML to address key problem statements, will be posted here once published.
