Monika is a Sr. Principal at Realize 2050 with more than two decades of experience leading product development, commercialization, and large-scale transformation across the power sector. She has managed over $1B in global P&L responsibility and driven more than $500M in new product revenue through disciplined product management, agile R&D execution, and customer-centered design across organizations, including Schneider Electric, Koch Industries’ Sentient Energy, and Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL). Most recently, she served as Global Vice President of Strategy and Offer Management for Microgrids at Schneider Electric, where she led global product strategy, opened new test labs, reduced cycle times by half, and launched multiple new product lines at scale. Earlier in her career, she tripled international operations revenue while building durable governance, quality, and engineering systems for critical grid infrastructure deployed worldwide.
