Louise Wang works with Realize 2050 to help utilities and energy organizations design and scale customer-facing programs that advance the clean energy transition. She brings deep experience in utility program development, energy efficiency, and clean energy strategy, complemented by a background in finance and public policy. Before joining Realize 2050, Louise was Lead Product Developer in Customer Energy Management at National Grid. There, she developed and scaled energy efficiency programs, led cross-utility partnerships, and advanced equity-focused initiatives across a large product portfolio. Prior to this, at ICF, she led operational and digital improvements for utilities while implementing energy efficiency and demand response programs. Her experience also spans energy regulation, corporate energy strategy, and early-stage technology investing. Louise holds a joint MBA and Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business and Harris School of Public Policy, and a BS in Earth and Environmental Science from the University of Michigan.
