Isabelle is a Senior Associate at Realize 2050, where she works to decarbonize the energy and transportation sectors by supporting utilities with R&D initiatives and bringing innovative startup solutions to market. Her work spans internal operations, strategy, marketing, and project leadership and execution. Prior to joining Realize 2050, Isabelle served as Program Manager for Uptake Alliance, an $8.5M NYSERDA-sponsored venture development program, where she helped build the organization from the ground up, developing project management tools, KPIs, and tracking mechanisms while managing client relationships and high-visibility events. At ADL Ventures, she connected startups with major offtakers through PG&E’s inaugural Innovation Summit and Pitch Fest and led collaborations with NREL and the U.S. Department of Energy. A graduate of Middlebury College with a B.A. in Architecture and the Environment, Isabelle is passionate about problem-solving through sustainable design. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and trail running in the Marin Headlands.
