Ethan has a background in engineering, with experience in climate tech commercialization and business strategy development.  Most recently, Ethan has worked on business strategy development for a DOE-backed EV charging startup.  During business school, Ethan took a summer fellowship at ARPA-E, and worked to identify technology opportunity areas in the marine-climate space.  Prior to business school, Ethan worked at SharkNinja, where he was broadly responsible for defining and executing the strategic direction of motor development for the Shark cleaning brand.  Ethan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Brown University.
