Ethan Madigan is an engineer by training, with experience in climate tech commercialization and business strategy development.  As a summer fellow at ARPA-E, Ethan worked on the Bluetech Team, responsible for identifying opportunity areas in the marine-climate space and proposing funding programs to stimulate necessary technology development.  Prior to business school, Ethan worked at SharkNinja, where he was broadly responsible for defining the strategic direction of motor development for the Shark cleaning brand, and executing this strategy from prototype to mass production.  Ethan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Brown University.
